What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your name and email when you sign up for our newsletter.

​We collect your name, postcode, email or phone number when you place an order with us at the shop, over the phone or via email. 

​We collect your name, full address, email and phone number, and card details when you buy tickets or gift cards online. In case of posting to the gift receiver directly, their address is also collected. We may also collect the recipient’s date of birth in case of posting gifts.

Payments are handled by the third-party “PayPal.” Payment details are encrypted on their system. We urge you to make yourself familiar with their privacy policy.

How we use the information we collect

When you sign up to our newsletter, we use your email to send our newsletter.

​​We use your personal information to process the order, take payment and fulfil the order you have placed with us. In case of posting to the gift receiver directly, we use their address to complete the order.
